Develop Continued Care System

Emphasize the importance of maintaining proper oral health at the time of regular dental examinations. Recommend another recall appointment in 6 months or when deemed suitable depending on the patient’s oral status and needs. The receptionist must verify the patients contact details including name, address, e-mail and telephone contacts. A reminder can then be sent at a suitable time. This will prompt an appointment by the patient. This is the first step for developing a continuous care system.
