in a prompt and caring manner.
- Manage the problem that caused the damage.
- Offer a prompt and appropriate response to any concerns raised by the patient.
- Transfer the financial component of risk to an indemnifier like Dental Protection.
- Regularly update your knowledge of dentistry.
