Result :The results should be in accordance with the topic chosen and summary
stated in a maximum of ten sentences.
Conclusion : This is for any conclusion(s) that can be drawn from the
presentation. The final statement is crucial, because it supports the scientific
value of the paper.
1) Prospective candidates should be members of the IDA and should contact their
branches for details.
2) The entries should be posted 2 months prior to the event.
3) The entries will be shortlisted as per the content of the abstract.
4) The approval letter to the shortlisted candidates will be send via e-mail within
next 20 days.
5) A cheque/DD of Rs. 100/-should be posted with the form as registration fees.
1) The entries will be judged by the Presentation Award Committee.
2) Each presentation should not extend beyond a time limit of 10 minutes.
3) Each participant should submit 1 soft and 1 hard copy of the presentation along
with him/her on the day of the presentation.
The Committee will consider each presentation participation as follows: 50% for
verbal presentation and 50% for format of the presentation.
The following will be considered:
1. Originality and design of the topic;
2. Quality of the data;
3. Scientific value of the paper;
4. Quality of the presentation;
5. Oratory skill of the candidate.
1) Venue: During college festival week or at IDA annual conference meet.
2) Duration of the event: 3 hours.
1st Prize: Rs. 15,000/-

3rd Prize: Rs. 5,000/-
